Georgia Medicaid

All Star Anesthesia will bill Medicaid directly after your procedure if you have an insurance policy with the State of Georgia or any Medicaid Managed Care Organization.

Private Insurance

Your must contact your insurance provider to determine if anesthesia for your procedure will be covered. Your provider will discuss payment prior to your procedure.

Self-Pay

If you are paying for anesthesia out-of-pocket, you will arrange payment to All Star Anesthesia through the provider completing your procedure. Payment is due in advance.
